おいら、生クリーム食べるとおなかが痛くなる体質のようで…
28年生きてきてやっと気づいた次第であります。
生クリーム好きなのになー。

今までも、外食の時に生クリームのもの食べたらおなかが痛くなっていたよーな気はしてたんだよなw
今日、コンビニで買った抹茶バニラのソフトクリーム食べたらおなか痛くなったのが決定打に。
某電器屋のトイレを何回も借りたのだ。
某電器屋、ありがとう。これからもよろしく。

 

んで、のんき氏に「生クリームは食べちゃダメだね。オレも食べないから、食べるのやめなさい」と言われたのであった。

はい。。

以後、食べません。
外では食べません！

食べるとしたら、家で食べまふ。

 

おいら、乳糖不耐症ってやつなのかも。
