フラフープ10分 足あげ腹筋:5秒×10回 バランスボールを使って腕立て:10回 バランスボールでバランス取り:5分 ストレッチ

久々にフラフープをした。 10分間,一度も落とさずに回し続けたけど,筋肉に効果はあるのだろうか? うーん。 バランスボールも久々。

いい感じ。
