餃子が食べたいとのんき氏が言ったので、餃子を作成。
もちろん皮から。

あちゃー、今回は失敗だよ。
水が多かったらしく、生地がやわいー。
今日は湿度が高かったからそれも関係したね。
包みづれー
破けるー
置いといた生地同士がくっついたー
あー
失敗の連続やー
こんなに失敗したのは初めてだ。
超イライラしちまった。
でもま、失敗は成功の元ですから。
今度は絶対うまくいくよ。
うん。

出来たギョーザは、おいひかった。
自家製の皮は、モチモチしてるよな。

それにしても、今日は小麦粉と戯れるだけの日だったなー

I have been driving to spain for the last 5 yrs and as long as you stay off the toll roads and use relbonasae priced hotels and theres 2 or more in the vehicle, It is cheaper to drive than fly, but there is a time factor ,2 – 3 days driving, 1 day flying. I use Norfolk Line
